minute and discover a sandy beach that gently gives way to the clear waters

restaurants around Port Grimaud two of which are within ten minutes walk,
continue a little further on and you reach a square with a patisserie, tabac,
bars and more restaurants also an area to meet for a traditional game of
boules. A market is held here on Monday and Wednesday mornings, tennis is
also available a little further on. The busier tourist area is approx 30
minutes walk from the apartment, a 2 minute drive, or a pretty 10 minute boat
ride away if you flag down the resident's water taxi from the end of the
beach. Explore the canals by
hiring your own boat or taking a tour. Accommodation

the first floor of a one story building and comprises of: ·
Kitchen - well equipped and compact with microwave, 2
hotplates, full size oven, extra fold away work surface, fridge with small
freezer compartment, cutlery etc for 6 ·
Lounge - a comfortable area with full width doors onto the
terrace. There are two sofas, one being a large double sofabed. There is
provision for 4-6 people to dine here, a small colour TV, ceiling fan and air
conditioning. The apartment is heated for the winter months. ·
Mezzanine - large area with double bed, please note: slightly
restricted head height ·
Cabin - a separate curtained off area, two bunk beds,
suitable for children or adults ·
Bathroom - with bath, shower, WC, bidet, mosaic decoration ·

minimum within Port Grimaud, though of course residents have access by car
and the apartment has allocated parking right outside (bay number 18).

fun fair, water parks, horse riding, go-karting, bowling, casinos and If you decide to take
a break from the activity of the coast, it will only take you 10 minutes to
drive into the beautiful countryside of the Maures Hills, with
twisting roads, dramatic views leading to small unspoiled villages - try Ramatuelle,
Gassin, and Grimaud with it's ruined castle to name a few. Within
the surprisingly lush landscape vineyards are aplenty with many opportunities

All prices are per
week, (Saturday to Saturday) and
include all utilities, although an additional charge may be made for heating
during winter. Arrival time is
after A non-refundable
deposit of £100.00 per week booked is required upon making a reservation,
with the balance being payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. For short notice
bookings, i.e. within 8 weeks of occupation of the apartment, the full
payment will be required at the time of the booking. A refundable
security deposit of £100.00 is payable upon full confirmation this will be
refunded 2-3 weeks after the end of your holiday provided no damage or
alteration of content has been advised to us. You can take your
own linen and towels or they can be provided for an Accidents do happen
and we do ask our visitors to let us know of any breakages that may have
occurred. Should you wish to
book the apartment, please check with us that the dates are available so that
the booking can be held (up to 48 hours) until we receive your deposit
confirming the reservation. |
